I called Roto Rooter thinking I needed a water plumber for a leak I was told that I had. When Jerry came out he informed me that it was a gas plumber that was needed for the job, as there was no water leak in the main line to the house. He was expeditious in calling dispatch to send someone else out to my house from a different department that would be able to assist me. He was lovely and provided amazing customer service. Daniel, the gas plumber, was able to come out the same day to fix the gas leak to the mainline in the house. I would definitely recommend them the next time I am in need of services such as these.
