DJ was very knowledgeable about the workings of the HVAC system and provided answers to all of my questions about the unit. He also cleaned the inside of the unit thoroughly and the AC is running much cleaner and more efficiently now! Thank you Pure Air HVAC:)

Texted for help with our broken AC and had a reply within 20 minutes. A technician arrived 10 minutes later. He inspected the unit, grabbed the necessary part to get things working again, and was back out the door 15 minutes later. Wish I had contacted them first, instead of waiting for others.

Frank and the crew at Pure Air are excellent. Very knowledgeable, timely and their customer service is top notch. If you are having any HVAC issues they need to be your first call.
