Each and every member has been and continues to be attentive to my physical therapy needs. Their attention is given with a professional, encouraging and a positive attitude on every visilt. My referring doctor suggested Gold Medal and I stayed because of the teams wonderful service and commitment to me.
I cannot give enough praise. I love the therapy here. I have had many PT experiences. By far the best for hands on experience and privacy. My personal favorite therapists are Jeromy and Tim. The therapists are top in the area. The desk is always helpful and fun! A+++ goes to Gold Medal.
Service is exceptional from the front office staff to the techs to the Physical Therapists! Jeremy and his amazing dry needling skills have elevated my fitness and recovery journey. He listens and educates to allow for understanding of my care.
