As my prior reviews reflect I have been a customer of BMW of Bel Air for several years. Consistent with my previous experiences, my service on 4/19/24 was exemplary.Specifically, Andrew Ramirez , my service advisor, arranged for a comprehensive service on my X3 m40i which is approaching 50,000 miles. Andrew was an ally of mine in that he saw to it that all services covered under my extended warranty were addressed including those I was unaware of.Sam, the technician who performed the services on 4/19/24, has worked on both of my cars on numerous occasions and not only has demonstrated reliable expertise in performing the necessary maintenance but is also an excellent... read full review
Whenever I take my mini cooper in for service, Steven is very attentive when I walk in the door. Also keeping me posted on the work that needs completed. I like how they send you a video as they are going over your car.Very nice to work with them.
My first oil change at Bel Air BMW was a breeze! Steven took my info and my keys and they got right to work. I had an errand to run and before I could get back, I got a text saying they were finished. And they didn't do the things I asked them not to do...top off my washer fluid and don't wash my car! Love it when that happens! The only reason it's 4 stars is because there was dirt left on my passenger seat. But it wiped off easily.
