What's funny is I was searching for another massage therapist when I found Lauren, and I'm so glad I did! She patiently listened to all of my concerns and I could tell as soon as she began that Lauren is very skilled. I feel better after one session and look forward to making steady improvement with future sessions.

I had never had a massage before and was hesitant to try it. I have always had a lot of back and neck pain due to old injuries. Lauren made this a great experience. Since my first appointment my posture has improved, my pain has lessened, and I feel more flexible. I highly recommend her.
