They are nice and I always like the Nurse Tech or NP that helps, but the wait times are ridiculous! I have never been to a medical professional office that has taken this long before - they are worse than patient first! If they could get the wait times down, they would be a great family practice.

Appreciate they could see me on short notice, the wait time might be bit longer be like any other practice but the care and care by Dr Bala is phenomenal. They have a lot of services in-house so that's another plus point. Dr Bala is simply amazing.

You have a appointment at 11 am and you get there at 10:43. And you sit and wait until maybe 11:28. But no one calls you back to be seen by anyone. But the bad thing is no one in the offices cares about how long you wait. This is the very sad about about coming here to be seen. But once you get back there, things are good but before simply horrible. Everyone walks by like we will get to you, when we get to you.
