Pretty flexible appointment times and friendly staff. My only complaint is that you fill out paperwork online, but when you go in they want you to fill out more paperwork. Most of which are questions already answered on the online paperwork. I find that frustrating; however, I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the office is very clean, and the location is convenient for me.
I tried several dentists when I moved to Harford County in 1999 and didn't find one that I was comfortable with until I found Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air. I absolutely love Dr. Barb and the staff! My dental phobia is virtually gone since finding this dental practice. Can't recommend Aesthetic Family Dental more highly.

Clean, mostly friendly staff, quality service, calming atmosphere. Hygienists are excellent. There's a rotating cast of dentist, so no continuity there. Asked to fill out paperwork online and same thing in person, which is annoying. They don't check your insurance before recommending procedures or charging you, so don't trust them to know better than you a out that. In all, the best dentist office I've been to in Bel Air.
