Very friendly service- I'm always greated by name (I know they can see it on the screen, but it's still a nice touch) and there's rarely a wait. Once there were about 30 huge trash bags full of the Mayor's coat drive donations to be cleaned and they still completed my dry cleaning on time. Jalen is extremelly nice- great customer service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there have been a few times the ironing could have been better, but you can't beat the price.
