Bikram Yoga Catonsville Yoga

“Full disclosure, I own this studio and have since it opened over 7 years ago. While I took on opening our physical doors, the studio and community has been created by the amazing humans who are dedicated to their practice in this space for years and years. This studio has fostered a friendly, welcoming and supportive group that I am simply grateful for. We've been blessed with a heating system that has never failed and teachers who are reliable and treat the studio like their own. We're not big on advertising or trying to be the coolest and newest thing in town. We simply are a place of consistency and community where you can be encouraged and work through challenging things physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually alongside others because that's where growth happens. Thank you to every student and teacher who has ever walked through the doors of Hot Yoga Baltimore (formerly Bikram Yoga Catonsville). I hope this continues to be a haven for the Baltimore area for many years to come!“

Zen and the City Yoga

“Let be preface this review by saying, I prioritize giving honest reviews on business that receive my hard earned money. Critiques included, I also give credit when credit is due. Based on my experiences, Zen and the City’s prices are slightly higher than you would pay compared to other chain-organizations that also offer spa services. I will share I’m confident the services you receive at this establishment are worth every dollar, including the tip. I purchased a 60 minute massage with Anthony and I can tell you right now, I wish I got the 90 minutes. Not only was his massage other-worldly, I’d beg to say it was a top competitor, if not winner of the best I’ve had in my life. Incredible is the word. Anthony provided every therapeutic technique I needed given my shared needs (I.e. part of my Swedish massage included some stretching to my shared and specified stiff and tight body areas etc.) The aesthetic of their business, the professionalism and courtesy Anthony and his colleagues exhibited, and the feelings and energy I felt as soon as I crossed the threshold of Zen and the City were unmatched. Without a doubt, I will revisit. The bar has been set. Well done!“
