About Yakis Professional Hair Braiding
Yakis Professional Hair Braiding is a hair salon that specializes in hair braiding services. Based on the reviews, the salon offers a mixed experience. On the positive side, the stylists are attentive and do a good job with the hair braiding. The service is quick, with one customer's hair being done in around 3 hours and 45 minutes. The stylists are also friendly, answer all questions, and provide good conversation. The salon is open on Sundays, and they offer additional services like washing and blow-drying the hair for an additional $15. However, the reviews also highlight some areas for improvement. The salon facilities could use a deep clean and wiping down. The prices are considered pretty high, with one customer paying $200 for shoulder-length spring twists. Some customers find the stylists to be a bit rough, especially for those who are tender-headed. Additionally, some customers wish the salon would deep condition and fully moisturize the hair before putting it in a protective style. Overall, while the salon provides decent hair braiding services, there are some aspects that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
Everyone there is so nice . The staff is nice and friendly However , I paid $300 for smedium knotless braids and after 2 weeks my hair looked 1 month old. I’m disappointed . I don’t think I’ll return .
I came here for the first time to get my hair twisted. Let’s start with the good:

-My stylist answered all my questions, was friendly and she was nice, good conversation
-They will wash and blow dry your hair for only $15
-They are open on Sundays
The not so great:
-The facilities could use a deep clean and wiping down
-Prices are pretty high ($200 for spring twists around my shoulders - but this does include the hair)
-I am tender headed and my stylist was a bit rough
-I don’t like (and this...read full review

Overall, I would come again (I wish I could give 3.5 stars) until I can find somewhere better. I recommend blow drying your hair beforehand and possibly buying your own hair too.
