Dr. Yamamoto is awful, she has not customer service skills that her position should require. she has a bad attitude and doesn't even let you finish speaking or explain what's is going on before She is ready to throw you out. she didn't listen at all to what the concerns were.

Scammy billing practices. They're low down scammers. They say Medicare covers everything and I recorded them, and now when I want to go for a visit, they say that medicate only covers 80%. Train your staff so they're not liars. Shame on you.

Very disappointed in the quality of care at this patient first. Dr. Duvalsaint sealed a laceration on my husbands hand with surgical glue and failed to clean the wound before closing it. This is not only careless and lazy, but also potentially very dangerous.
