I had a very good experience today. It was my birthday and i was really down and out about my tire blowing on me. Not only was my tower timely, he went above and beyond to help me and make sure i was safe. He also helped me choose a tire place to replace my tire. I highly recommend. Smooth and easy experience
I work as a dispatcher for a car dealership/parts delivery company and had a driver break down on me on 83 in the mid day. After playing phone tag with pretty much everyone else in the area, I found Universal. At first, we couldn't work things out due to how busy a time a day it was. After a while I received a call that their dispatcher had moved things around to be able to help me out, understanding the situation we were in. We were told an hour and half for the truck to arrive, and that was spot on. Driver and truck made it home safely in time for dinner, and the extra effort will not be forgotten. One of the most pleasant experiences ive had. The call center guy was beyond amazing and the actual tow driver was one of most pleasant people ive meet. I can thank you gius enough!
