Sydney Lee is absolutely amazing! I moved here from South Carolina, August 2023 and it took me about five months to find a really good stylist like Sydney Lee she always is very thorough on explaining the process of any type of coloring cut so forth put it this way when I go in there with a picture of what I want she always explains the steps and the process that it’s gonna take to get what I want. Her main thing is the integrity of my hair, which was never explained to me in 30 some years of having my hair done. I highly highly recommend Sydney . I've been patronizing Ulta Beauty store on Boston Street for approx 3 years. Each and every time my shopping experience has in general exceeded my expectations.The store is very well stocked and clean. The staff is super friendly and knowledge about the products in their store.When I shopped there recently, I brought a small bag of beauty products from my home which I wanted to replace. Because of my mobility conditions, I immediately asked the associates for assistance locating the items upon entering the store. The young lady who helped me was quick as a lightning bolt and rapidly returned to checkout area with the items I had brought along with me, I was beyond... read full review

As a makeup artist this store is one of my holy grails. The service is okay only because they usually only have 1 cashier and the lines get long fast, but they have kind service/ greeting while taking care of you at the register. I highly recommend this place especially from beginning makeup artists.
