One of the first questions they should ask is if you have any pets. I called to check the safety of the fertilizer and the person I spoke with didn't seem to be sure about the information she was giving me. She really seemed unknowledgeable. They don't let you know when they are coming or have any contact during the visit.
I signed up for the lawn service and I had a couple of issues on how they do business. The biggest one is after I installed my Ring on my front and back yard when I saw how the were applying treatments to my lawn it left a lot to be desired on what I was paying all this money for. I will not use this company again nor would recommend their service to anyone.
