I spent part of my Saturday morning just reading the reviews, and I am truly saddened by what has been written. Perhaps the reviews listed are actual perspectives of the client, but I have one question to ask. Do you write reviews of the other cultures that provide a so called service in this degrading fashion? The reviews are part of the problem here in Baltimore. Whenever someone does something great in this city, the crabs in the barrel become agitated and attack. Perhaps there were boxes on the floor, or the shop was messy, or the tech was enjoying a cooler. SO WHAT!!! This is an established business that receives packages during the day, and has to be cleaned up...read full review
