Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I felt like I was disrespected & catfished by the braider(mother of the shop) upon arriving for my appointment I was so gracious to get for my daughter's birthday. She was turning 13 the next day. As a reminder i pointed out the site style that we discussed over the phone for the quoted price. I agreed & cash app'd the deposit. So instantly that price changed by an additional $250 because of the size of the braids and they were done by another braider(her daughter)well i asked to see pictures of styles that she has done herself for the price she quoted. Very poor service. Roaches everywhere! They have children there who are so loud and rude, so expect a headache. They steal your left over hair then resell it. I went there for SMALL knotless braids and the owner (who I believe is the mother) did them medium. So I paid more for what I did not want. I don’t think she knows how to do small braids because a friend of mine had the same issue. Never again!Service: Hairstyling

This is the second time having my hair braided professionally.. Both times, I was seated immediately. The first time, the braids took 45 minutes, this time 55 minutes because I requested zig zag parts. Compare this to my previous stylist who made me wait an hour and a half before starting my hair.I am very pleased with the way my hair looks. All I have to do is wrap it in a scarf at night. You have to wash your hair before your appointment and don't use any product.I highly recommend this salon.
