I’ve been going to Strength and Vitality Wellness Center for a couple years now. I went to get relief from back pain; sinuses and then leg pain. Acupuncture really helped relieve the pain and sinuses issues.
I wanted to be more active so I joined the MightyMe exercise class. The exercise is geared to helping maintain balance and strength for seasoned adults. As I learned to be more balanced and strengthen my muscles, I needed the wonderful warmth and detoxification of the infrared sauna. Cara Michelle is a great practitioner. She provides support for nutritional health and exercise classes in addition to her acupuncture treatments. The comprehensive services provided give a pathway to a more healthy life.
