They’ve obviously worked diligently to provide an all sensory experience - even the rooms were perfectly bathed in sound to prevent any waiting area noise from coming in. The hydrafacial was the best I’ve ever had, and Barry was very informed, asked consent, and it was the best neck/shoulder massage I’ve ever had with a facial. You feel so relaxed and cared for. He ended up taking us on a tour of the hotel which is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I studied Interior Design at UM and the attention to detail that was put into the refurbishment, while integrating original materials/architecture with modern pieces was EXQUISITE! “I had such a relaxing experience getting a prenatal massage. I'm 7 months pregnant and the massage included some very helpful stretches to open up my hips. The hot stones were a phenomenal touch. I could tell they were helping to get the muscle knots out of my neck and back. The masseuse is very kind and instructive. She tells you what she's going to do and how and where to move your body throughout. Her space is also very clean and inviting. I look forward to coming back.“

“Made an appt after reading reviews for a blowout with Amber. Parking was easy as there is st parking and garages. The studio is bright and airy and the staff is very welcoming. I was checked in quickly and offered water. Amber came to introduce herself and started on my hair after a quick chat.
The shampoo chair and sink is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever been in.
Amber did the fastest blowout I’ve ever had and gave me the best sleek look. My hair is pretty long and she knew exactly how to manage it which isn’t easy to find.
