Signature Management - Best Property Management Company in Maryland

My father and stepmother currently live at a property, that was previously owned by Signature Properties. Since Signature's tenure, my dad has received court notices for overdue rent every single month, even though he pays his rent on time and has the receipts to prove it. Signature has sense turned the property over to new management, however, my father continues to receive notices, every month, from Signature Properties. The current rental office insists that the overdue notices are not coming from them, but from a previous balance from Signature. Any ideas as to why this is happening????

The worst property management company. I have made numerous attempts to contact you regarding a bill that I don't owe that was sent to a collection agency. I am being charged for three months even though I had already moved out. I was on a month to month because and at the time, the property was in the process of being purchased by Signature Properties and therefore none of the tenants had a lease. Every time I call never can get an answer and the messages that I have left with Ms. Stumpf has gone unanswered.

The worst property management company. Every time I call never can get an answer. The property I stay in can't even do their job correctly keep coming into my apartment and not fixing things but they were diss used before. I don't understand how you all have one set of maintenance people to service all the properties. Never would want to live under this company every again
