These Reviews are frightening to read I,am already unstable and if this is how Sheppard Pratt treat thier , patients, it's not the place for me because I would be in jail, it's really sad to read reviews like this people are not at these jobs to help people it's only for the money

I rarely give reviews and when I do, usually they are positive ones. Unfortunately, that is not the case here with Sheppard Pratt. So far the care I have received been so unacceptable I found myself inspired to share my experience. When I first contacted Sheppard Pratt the staff was rude and it took so long to get connected with a provider I almost gave up. Eventually, they found me someone and I'd just say they were not a good fit for me. It took them about 3 weeks for them to finally find me someone else, mainly because they were unresponsive and lacked follow through. never the less, I was a bit hopeful for a better match, sadly they were not. At our outpatient mental health centers, we offer a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for people of all ages, all in one convenient location. We help children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address mental health and substance use problems and improve their quality of life, all within a safe and welcoming environment. Many of those we serve may be experiencing life challenges, relationship issues, behavioral issues with a child or teen, mental illness, and/or a substance use problem.
