Nobody goes here because they're in a great place, and I was no exception. Listen, is the place perfect? No. Everywhere has things they can improve, but I will always say this place kept me alive, kept me here, and for that reason alone, please don't let these low reviews stop you from getting help. I cannot overstate how much they did, and are still doing, to keep me here.
Sheppard Pratt outpt has consistently helped with med needs of my adult kids with MH issues. These walk-in clinics are essential for the community and prevent inpt need at times. I don’t love SP inpt however, I didn’t feel my child was as safe as they should have been.
