I hired Matt to change the locks on my Baltimore house that had the lockbox stolen. He changed the locks of the house and in the process checked it out since it looked like it likely had been broken into and found that it indeed had been burglarized of the air-conditioning unit and the furnace in the basement. I would not have known this unless he checked it out. Great service.
