Worked a deal with Sean. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. It was one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had. He was able to procure the contract for his client beating out 10 other offers. He did so even though the offer was not the highest in terms of net to seller.
Sean was the man. I am a very laid back person who doesn’t like asking people questions and haggling on a price. Sean made the whole, process easy for me and asked all the questionsl I wouldn’t have asked. He negotiated a price for our house that was sold as is, way cheaper than the sellers realtor thought they would go for. Then to add to it got our closing costs. I was very happy.
