In the salon I had a good experience but within a week the gel manicure started to chip badly - I had not done any heavy work or dishes. I texted Samantha who apologised and said she'd refund $15. Great. A few weeks later I asked for a pedicure appointment, 2 weeks in advance, and she told me she was short of nail techs and referred me to her other shop.
