I enjoyed my experience with Sago. What I haven't enjoyed is that it's almost been a month and I still haven't received my payment. I've contacted them 3 times to no avail. They don't have a phone number you can call. I've only been able to submit a request for assistance through their website. No one has responded to any of my requests. So if you do decide to participate with them please know payment might be an issue.

I love schlesinger!!! Even though they seem to be taking over the entire country, with offices popping up in every single city! But the facility was very nice and the staff were absolutely wonderful!! I remember when it was Baltimore Research, so only time will tell if Schlesinger gives me as many calls as they would!

Ive participated in several of their studies both in person and online. Every visit to their facility has been a joy. They always provide a wide selection of snacks and beverages and sometimes lunch/dinner depending on timing. The staff is professional and kind. I was delighted to find out that they overbooked once but paid me in full anyway, just for showing up. The online studies via webcam have all been great experiences as well. Ive never had issue with payment either. Sometimes its quicker than others, but arrives none the less. Theres the option to receive pay via online virtual card as well.
