Saffer Plumbing came highly recommended and now I know why. Our first time using them and.Saffer scheduled us the next day to help with an issue in the shower. The problem was easily solved and Brandon who came out was knowledgeable and efficient. Just this weekend our whole sewage system backed up and was a total disaster. Mr.Saffer responded on the holiday weekend and once I explained the situation he offered to have a guy come out on Memorial Day to help us but also shared that the County could snake from the street and that may solve our issue. He even gave me a direct line to get the DPW on the phone and to our house within an hour. They pushed out the blockage and... read full review
I’ve used Saffer a few times and everyone I’ve worked with was friendly. Great group of people! They take the time to explain thoroughly/ answer all of my questions and resolve the issues. Just had an inspection with Gary and Hodge and they were awesome to work with, detailed and helped me prioritize some immediate projects vs. not so urgent ones. We had some laughs too! Would definitely recommend them
Walt Abbott is a great technician (friendly, informative, and super responsive). we had an issue that we thought was not resolved after he left and when we called, he came right back to make sure everything was working.
