My husband and I are truly grateful for finding Rosenbloom Pest. The owner actually took on and tackled our roach problem, provided great communication throughout, educated us on on their process, what they expected to happen after treatment, and really set us up for success. But more than anything, he cared! He wanted to make good on his promise, he wanted us to not have anymore concerns or anxiety about the pests, and he was so reassuring. We will never call anyone else as long as we live in the Baltimore area. Professional, respectful, and full of integrity. Plus, tackled our issue in 2 visits.
Originally contacted Rosenbloom about a German cockroach problem. The tech that showed up was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process: why they were administering the chemicals they were, what to expect in the coming days, what to keep an eye out for so we could report to them upon their follow up. One thing that stood out was, upon leaving, the tech said "We want you to get your house back". This statement was emblematic of the a customer service I never expected from a pest control service. Great customer service, friendly staff, the treatments have definitely reduced the amount of bugs inside and out on our new home build. Prior to treatment it was very buggy. Will definitely continue to use the going forward.
