Clausen was able to do what other realtors couldn't. Story below.We decided to sell a rental property and initially listed it with a family friend. We priced the property below comparable homes hoping it'd sell quickly and avoid additional mortgage payments on a vacant property. Our relator struggled to generate interest and I turned to Clausen who told me our price was extremely aggressive. He assured me he could move the property in 30 days. On July 1 I gave Clausen the listing and we received an offer at full asking on July 28!
