This is an awesome gym! It is an actual gem in the city!!! I was amazingly surprised. Love it! The morning hours are BOMB! Lots of equipment, clean facilities, bathrooms and the people are serious about working out.

I've been going to this location for a month or 2. On/off due to my schedule. It's conveniently close to my home. No complaints other than 3 machines needs to be replaced. I love how it's not heavily crowded and everyone comes in, works out, friendly and go home. No drama. Truly relaxing. However, I wish the hours here could be extended. Given the location, makes sense. I'll be back soon!

I've been a member of the Mondawmin location since August 2019. This gym is the cleanest gym I have ever been a member of or visited. It has a very pleasant smell and someone is always cleaning something. The staff are so welcoming and efficient also. I recommend this location to everyone.
