From the moment I entered the clinic I felt at home with the warm greeting that I received from the receptionist. Everyone at Pivot is so very friendly and caring. The physical therapists take a personal interest in their clients and want you to succeed in your journey toward healing. They also are very knowledgeable and seek feedback from the clients in order to adjust the plan of care to benefit the client to the highest level achievable. I'm so very happy to have found such a wonderful facility that is aiding me in my recovery from my spine surgeries. I feel very hopeful that I will attain greater mobility with the help of the staff at Pivot physical therapy.

I am in alot of pain and Dr. Campbell wanted me to do PT for 6 wks..I didn't even know HTHC had PT there..I LOVED to be in a clean PEACEFUL involvement and I watch everything...How PT was handling patients before I even think about them treating me..Sometimes people are hire for job they not qualify for....,but I must say everyone I came in contact with are (DAMM GOOD IN WHAT THEY DO) and they know their stuff..Even the ones that I haven't work with, just to watch the LOVE and Concern they have for the patients is outstanding..These men and women are amazing to see these people work..They keep this place in order a pleasure to be there when I am..The bathroom was clean...read full review

I recently completed two months of physical therapy at pivot on Fleet Street and the experience has been life changing. Even in the middle of the covid madness the staff was friendly, patient and very understanding. Not knowing what to expect I was very nervous but they put me at ease and I soon learned that even with my injury I was capable of more than I thought I could do. I never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable doing and they were always very supportive of my efforts. Having a physically demanding job with a back injury meant that some days half the battle was just showing up, even though I was hobbling and exhausted I stuck with it and they worked with whatever version of me that walked in that door. I miss my physical therapy friends!! I will say that for me the progress was slow, not the magical fix I was hoping for when I first walked in the door. There were times I wondered why I was bothering at all. And that is why I'm leaving this review because it's important to know that you may have those kind of days but don't give up! It wasn't until I was out of therapy for a few weeks and not doing any of the exercises they taught me before I realized how much it was helping. I felt terrible but because they taught me to focus on what I could do instead of what I couldn't I had the confidence to move forward and do something about it. So now I go to a gym and I work with a trainer and I'm getting stronger. This is something I never would have believed I could do 3-4 months ago. So my advice is to be patient, ask questions and stick with it. Expect that the therapists will be juggling multiple patients and understand that you will get out of it what you put in and you will find that you have a wonderful group of people at pivot to help you figure it all out!! So a big huge thank you to all my physical therapy friends!!! I met you guys at a super low point in my life and I'm doing so much better now and I just thought it might be nice for you guys to hear about it!!!
