Every staff member was so nice and behaved in a professional manner. They did extensive tests to give me a proper diagnosis of my illness. Also the doctor that was assigned to me explained the results throughly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He’s a very nice guy with good a bedside manner. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone.
It was good. This is my favorite office at this time. It’s on JHU Campus. I like that. Last visit the computers were down- and staff continue with business as usual that did not stop them from seeing patients. They used paperwork to record information and it worked out well!
Truthfully, I am amazed at how kind, friendly, and professional the staff is. My doctor was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything. I am so happy that Patient First does primary care; after today, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
