I was very pleased with the customer service assistance received from Mrs. Audrey G at the Parkwest Belvedere location. Audrey was very kind, cooperative, professional, and patient. It's employees like Audrey that makes a difference and there should be more customer service employees like her!

On March 1, 2022 I had a great experience at Park West. It was my first time attending a new dentist in years so I was a bit nervous. However, everyone made me feel welcomed and communicated with me like they’ve known me for years. Especially Sandy Strother, who showed me the proper way to flush and told me about mouth diseases that I have never heard of before. Hats off to Parkwest!

Today I needed to be seen ASAP I understand that they are filled with appointments but somehow they were able to squeeze me in I want to take the time out today to thank the dentist office at Park West Medical Center and a very special thank you to Angela "Ann" Walker thank you thank you thank you.
