I coordinate my grandmother's dentist work that was done here. The medical staff are fantastic! If not for them, this would be a one star review because trying to get in touch with the office staff is borderline impossible.

I've been left on hold for 30+ mins and/or just hung up on. I've left multiple messages that have never been returned, not once. I've gotten incorrect instructions and received no confirmation from them when I've submitted the paperwork they're asking for. It was so frustrating to have my grandmother show up for the first appt and be turned away because of a clerical need they failed to tell me about! Top Tier customer service from Mrs. Audrey I called in to schedule my son my a new patient appointment she got him in for a full physical the same day thank you very much I was a little irritated when I called because I called multiple places trying to get my kid scheduled for a appointment and she did it GOD bless her heart !

I was very pleased with the customer service assistance received from Mrs. Audrey G at the Parkwest Belvedere location. Audrey was very kind, cooperative, professional, and patient. It's employees like Audrey that makes a difference and there should be more customer service employees like her!
