Top Tier customer service from Mrs. Audrey I called in to schedule my son my a new patient appointment she got him in for a full physical the same day thank you very much I was a little irritated when I called because I called multiple places trying to get my kid scheduled for a appointment and she did it GOD bless her heart !

I was very pleased with the customer service assistance received from Mrs. Audrey G at the Parkwest Belvedere location. Audrey was very kind, cooperative, professional, and patient. It's employees like Audrey that makes a difference and there should be more customer service employees like her!

On March 1, 2022 I had a great experience at Park West. It was my first time attending a new dentist in years so I was a bit nervous. However, everyone made me feel welcomed and communicated with me like they’ve known me for years. Especially Sandy Strother, who showed me the proper way to flush and told me about mouth diseases that I have never heard of before. Hats off to Parkwest!
