I really appreciate how responsive and professional Paramount was. The capacitor burned out in my central ac unit and they were out asap and worked around my work schedule to get the part replaced quickly. The technician was great and explained everything along the way. The price was very reasonable.

An air handler malfunctioned on a Saturday of a hot and humid Baltimore summer. After a desperate call to Paramount, the problem was diagnosed and the part ordered the next day. By Monday noon all was repaired and the system back up to full cooling. Thanks to Paramount for their quick response and technical expertise.
