I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything ever but I HAD TO for this. I came here because I missed my color in Florida and one of the managers was a client at my current job. I knew nothing about spray or bed tanning. Every single staff member I have met has answered my long (annoying) list of questions each time and they are all extremely knowledgeable. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable as well as Taylor and Maddi. They give me suggestions from experience and don’t pressure me to buy anything. I don’t have a palm beach tan near me in bloomington Indiana 47403, so I found this location in towson since it’s near my sisters house when I go visit and the manager Natalie has been awesome at helping me design the best tanning plan for me and assistance with deciding on products etc... if it weren’t for her as manager I prob would not still be visiting this location every time I’m in town visiting family... read full review

The women here at the York Road location will go above and beyond to make sure your needs and wants are met. If it wasn't for their exceptional customer service and ability to sell their packages, I would have walked out without signing up. I signed up and am loving it!!!
