“I haven't used Pearle Vision in a number of years but am so glad that I decided to return. The experience was amazing! The optometrist conducted a very thorough exam. I loved that he took the time to do the exam and not in a hurry. He answered all my questions and was very engaging. The assistant who helped me pick out my glasses was wonderful as well. She explained my options to me and completed the ordering of my glasses proficiently. In fact, everyone in this particular Pearle Vision were just phenomenal!!“

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and performed a full exam and took no time to cut corners, even at the end of their workday! I felt as though I had their full attention and was being given their most professional, even after a long day! I will definitely be making Dr. Chan my regular eye doctor! Absolutely beautiful office, the most comfortable waiting chairs (although very little wait time!), and top technology in the exam rooms! Dr. Gordon has bent over backwards to ensure my contact prescription was correct (apparently my eyes are stubborn). He would not give up and we finally found the right pair for me! He was correct, it’s a “game changer”. I appreciate his professionalisms, knowledge and persistence. He definitely wants to ensure every patient gets the best possible care!
