They had us sitting doing nothing for the first hour, and the breakfast that was promised as part of the deal consisted of bottles of water and bags of potato chips, then they did not want to pay us as agreed at the end of the session.. Beethoven's to wait two weeks for an electronic gift card
great place to moderate groups or interviews. The observation rooms have plenty of space, as does the lounge. They also have private phone rooms which offer a nice private space to make a call. Facility staff is super friendly and efficient. The recruit was terrific and provided a broad range of participants who met our criteria and who all but 1 showed up! That is a great hit rate! Technology worked well including sound, monitor and multiple cameras. breakfast, lunch and dinner options were standard and delivered on time so backroom folks could eat. Cucumber water in the back is a nice touch. I hope to get back here again to partner on future work.
I must say that the lady who calls you to see if you qualify for a study is so personable and funny! I'm sorry I forgot her name. I have been participating in Observation Baltimore for about 2 years, and have had a great time. Great variety of studies/focus groups and they pay well for your time. (Mostly in cash!). Good main location, too- right in Catonsville. I am looking foreword to another chance to participate.
