I would have scored it higher but although they do an incredible job on my nails and is very convenient for someone looking to be serviced on the Westside of Baltimore I witnessed unprofessional conduct to another patronizing customer which happened to be a teenager. I'm BIG on customer service and the response to this young lady from one of the techs was out of pocket. In their defense she was very rowdy and disrespectful but when in a business setting you must conduct yourself accordingly. Been going there for over 9 years. Lan is the best foot doctor there is and the nail technicians are superb at not only caring for natural nails but acrylic nails as well. Just wish their location were in a better spot.

The staff are very gentle and respectful. Especially when you reciprocate the respect..prices make you wanna become a regular. Very precise and efficient, full acrylic set and pedicure took about an hourServices: Acrylic nails
