“Prior to finding Kieu, I’ve had bad experiences at every single nail salon (3 different ones!) where the nail tech nicked my finger and the dip powder didn’t last long. I’m happy to report that none of these problems have happened when Kieu has done my nails—now twice in the past month! She is super attentive, friendly, and makes you feel at home during the 1:1 session. Kieu is able to recreate designs you find online for a reasonable price. I’m so glad I found her and would not hesitate to recommend her!“

“I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this beautiful nail spa and had the Volcano Blast pedicure. It's was the best! It was so relaxing, therapeutic and felt amazing. They did such a great job! The new massage pedicure chairs were great too. The shop is clean, beautiful and the owner and technicians are really nice. “I patroned Athena for the first time this past Friday (7/19). The establishment is pretty clean inside. I received a manicure with gel-X and a spa pedicure. I was offered water after my pedicure. Maria completed my services. She was professional, kind, and did an amazing job with my pedicure ($42)and manicure ($60). She was quite meticulous. She could not shape my nails the way I requested. Most people can not. I'm not sure why. It's pretty simple to me, and I can do it on my own at home - round across the top with a sharp edge/square. I like the shape she gave me, it's just not my preference. I asked for a polish that lasts long and doesn't chip easily. Gel-x was recommended by the owner, so I tries it. It's lightweight and uses the same process as gel or powder/acrylic (UV light and soaking to remove). My nail chipped the very next day. Not worth the $60.“

“Decided to get a pedicure at Luminous Nails , surprised that it was not busy. It is located in The Festival in Bel Air , Maryland. The shop was open and clean, staff were so friendly. My nails turned out great without the extra cost. The last shop in Bel Air charged extra for everything, and I felt like an outsider when I am sitting in the shop when a regular comes into the shop. I will be returning.“
