Our tech, Rich Bush showed us a video inspection of our drain before and after the drain cleaning. We are very satisfied with the service provided and will call next time we need a plumber.
Very pleased with the service. Technician Umesh came on Thursday evening to diagnose problem with the water heater. They returned early Friday to replace the water heater. Both Arya and Umesh were professional . They came on time and did a great job including cleaning up after. I would highly recommmend.
The entire experience was GREAT....1st, I had zero plans for conversation regarding leaking shower faucet at rental. Our regular maintenance team was in Florida helping with hurricane damage, so I went searching for some help. Called Mr. Rooter, Kim informed me Rich was heading to location and getting me price in about 2 hours (that's crazy good) and no fee. After talking to total of 3 repair companies Mr. Rooter was 1/2 the price, so they got job(1 company charged me $99.00 for estimate and they wanted more than double). We set repair up 2 days later Rich sent me before and after pictures of work. Did not even need to personally inspect quality of work.... read full review
