MedStar Health: Primary Care at Federal Hill

Dr. Lynch is my primary care physician and she is an excellent Doctor who truly cares about her patients and her profession. She listens and offers great advice and combined with the other wonderful staff on the team there, I am lucky and thankful to be a patient there.

I was seen quickly. The doctor (Dr. Muneer) was personable and efficient. I got the referrals I needed. The prescriptions were completely messed up but I’m not sure who is responsible. They (2 of 3 anyway) went to the pharmacy but my insurance didn’t cover them. Maybe because the prescriptions were sent to CVS but my insurance is Optum Rx, which apparently doesn’t cover lithium and Prozac? Hard to believe. I went downstairs to have blood drawn at Labcorp. That was also quick and pleasant.

I love Dr Lynch. A friend referred Dr. Lynch to me and needless to say I was not disappointed. She is easy to talk to and all my concerns were addressed. She gets it and is thorough. I left her office feeling good because of the respect and trust I have for her as my doctor and all my concerns were addressed.
