Very fast and efficient in responding to my email. They couldn't fulfill my "ASAP" request due to their schedule being full but that's just being busy. I appreciate their honest and realistic response.

We adopted a sweet and super playful, one-eyed kitten. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they seem to be a bit understaffed since we had to wait TWO HOURS for our interview. We are very happy with our newest family member, though. ?

I went there to get a cat and left with a dog. I wasn’t expecting to find a small dog at all, but I did. I love my baby already! Everyone that I encountered that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone kept a smile on their face and you can just tell that those smiles were genuine. The facilities were very clean and kept up. Thank you guys at the Baltimore SPCA for all of your help and keep up the great work!
