I brought my cats here and they did a fantastic job grooming them!! The owner whose name is I believe David is NOT rude- he is very direct and no nonsense, and yeah maybe a little grumpy but not in a malicious way- more like in a life has been a LOT and he’s tired of performative politeness way. Like a granddad. I’m autistic so I don’t mind this kind of communication at all. I’m very sensitive and I DO mind rudeness - and I didn’t experience that here at all. UPDATE: a year later Trout gets appointment -- otherworldly experience. Fiesty, angry dog no problem for two pros. Plus better music than a hair salon -- Parquet Courts if you can believe it. It ain't cheap but it good.
Pooch hasn't been here yet -- made but had to cancel an appointment. You might find the owner has an unpolished demeanor, but they understood my situation and took time to describe the service over the phone. Results speak, and reviews here suggest L3DCG is of the highest quality; they literally wrote the book. Curb your butthurt.
I love this groomer…. His personality is hilarious (like an Uncle) but his results are amazing. I’ve taken my Pitt Bull, Black Lab, and now my cat to this groomer over the course of 20 years. All of my animals have been calm with him and his assistant/partner. I really enjoy my visits but you must call first 🤣😉
