If I could give less that one star I would. I have been in this field a very long time and this agency should not be allowed to be in business. Their employees are absolutely terrible. They do nothing but sit and watch TV, eat and play on their phones. I had one walk out on the individual in the middle of her shift, because the individual was difficult. Then the entire agency just quit with no notice. The owner has a awful attitude and acts like she is doing a favor to the client. NEWS FLASH ITS YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!
