I cannot say enough about how amazing Lisa was in helping me sell my mother’s house. Our situation was a bit tricky in having multiple parties with vested interest in the house, but Lisa was able to navigate the logistics skillfully and smoothly. Her insight into how to maximize the potential for the house through prepping, staging and creating the listing gave the house a true “Wow” factor… and ultimately led us to close much higher than I originally anticipated!
