I went in today 9/3/2024 to make a payment and pick up some forms, the prices on the forms needed to be corrected because everything has to line up for probate court, Ms.Susan was the person making the corrections, she was very irritable from the first time she came up to me, she wasn’t welcoming at all, when she brought out the “corrected” papers, they were still wrong…I pointed the issues out to her and she said “OH GOD” and proceeded to snatch the papers out of my hands. I told her she didn’t have to snatch them because she made the mistake not me!
