My wife and I engaged Jim Gunsiorowski and his team to sell our home in Locust Point. Jim was an outstanding realtor. He had in depth and real-time knowledge of LP and south Baltimore, understanding recent comps, active listings and what buyers were looking for. He was thoughtful around suggestions for staging and listing strategy that we thought were helpful in getting the rowhome sold. Lastly, we had some light renovation work that needed to get done on the house - Jim took an active hands on approach to recommending contractors and then overseeing their work.
