ICAR roadside assistance made an unfortunate situation a whole lot better. Came to tow the car the same night in just a short amount of time. Great pricing, awesome customer service. 10/10
My car was stuck in water on Dec 18 a day before I was leaving for Italy during a bad rain situation. I had to drive pass the patapsco River Bridge/ street, and if you know that area , you know that street is the same height as the river bank …rain caused the river to overflow into the street! my car was the only car to Unfortunately get stuck !! I contacted ICAR and within 15 mins They were on site !! Was able to get my car out of water an to my house…very helpful and customer service was a++++ I highly recommend Their services
I had issue with my car, called Icar spoke with Kevin wow he did everything for me he gave me multiple options. We spoke on the phone for hours, thanks Kevin for everything the world need more people like you. God bless you and your family.
