This place is fantastic. The Doctor was so kind and caring, especiallywith my senior dog. The Techs and front desk were so sweet and very helpful. Very upfront about prices. They aren't pushy to rack up the bill.It is so very clean and doesn't even smell like a vet office. Take all 3 of my Furbabies there!
I would love to give this hospital 100 stars!!! I was referred to this hospital and as someone who loves animals, I find it hard to trust veterinarians. I adopted a cat that was different than any other cat I had cared for in the past. My significant other and I took our baby to Dr. Ramappa and explained we thought she had problems with her eye sight. After Dr. Ramappa held our baby for a few minutes and spoke to her, he immediately diagnosed her and helped prepare us for what to expect. The level of care and compassion that Dr. Ramappa and his team show towards their pets is amazing! My significant other does not trust veterinarians either and is a true fan of Dr. Ramappa....read full review
Hillendale Animal Hospital and Dr. Ramappa were the veterinary center for our Basset Hound, Nigel, when we got him and we continued to take him there once he was in our care. Nigel always got first-rate, loving care, especially when the time came to say good-bye to him. We don’t have a SINGLE negative thing to say about this office! The staff at the front desk, the vet techs, and - of course - Dr. Ramappa, are nothing short of phenomenal! The entire staff is so caring and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and so accommodating. We trust them implicitly!!
