The most horrific incompetent mortgage loan servicing I've experienced in my 35 years of being a home owner. The automated phone system doesn't work half the time, Mr. Vincent McCarty does not know how to return calls or emails in a timely manner, if at all. The banking app is the absolute worst. Make a principal payment and their software applies it as a regular incremental payment so you have to call and email until you get a human being to reverse it and apply it to the principle only. I can't wait until I pay my loan off and walk away from this subpar bank. Do not use them for a mortgage. It's not worth the headache you will live with for the 3/4... read full review
