Prince at Harbor Auto Center truly saved the day! When the tow truck driver dropped my car in the middle of the bike lane at 10 PM, the team quickly moved it to prevent obstructing traffic. Prince went above and beyond to ease my stress about getting the car fixed, and I was back on the road within 3 hours. He’s not just a great mechanic—he’s now my go-to mechanic!

Where do I begin?
I got my truck a 2017 Audi Q7 towed to this shop from another shop. Per the other shop they said I needed a new engine. I called and talked to Ogenchi (the shop owner) she is amazing by the way. I told her the previous shop said I needed a new engine, she said have it towed here and we will look over the vehicle and provide you a diagnostics.
Just know Prince (the mechanic) is so
